Negative: For Zurich, the price was fair but lacked all the amenities you would receive at a hotel.

Positive: Perfect location. Very clean apartment. Old building.
Negative: Not to be able to block de entrance to our apartment. Housekipping entered to get us a baby bed without authorization. Guests need to feel safe by being able to close the door from the inside. It will be useful to have instructions for all the electronic devices in the room. We didnt know how to use the kitchen, etc.
Summary: Perfect location. Very cosy

Negative: There is a church clock that goes on every now and then, but mostly at 6-7am and goes for 10 minutes, so if you want to sleep well, I would suggest another location

Positive: Good price, great location. Very nice room. A high quality selection of teas. Nice balcony. 10m walk from the Zurich HB train station that takes you to the airport.
Negative: Noise isolation within the building is not great so if your neighbors are loud you will hear them.
